"Pour moi, she is a wonder woman"

This sound piece is a result of a project developed with students at the Collége de la Seymaz in Geneva, 2008. On the theme of what "feminine authority" represents, the students were required to each write a description of a woman of authority, both imagined as well as existing. Once each had selected sections out of their own stories, they exchanged and recreated a collective image, a soundscape that defines "she".
The main emphasis of this exercise was on actions and processes that can be used to transform texts, using reading and writing as artistic practices. Results of the workshop varied from text installations, sound, actions, and performance.
